We know that sacred plants need a unique respect, you must do your personal diet, minimum 3 days before Ayahuasca, besides no alcohol, meat, pills, sex or drugs. Ayahuasca in Cusco. Ayahuasca ritual.

Remember, preferably 1 or 2 days before the Wachuma and/or Ayahuasca treatments, you should drink the Volcanic Medicinal Water (drinking time 1 to 2 hours maximum). In case you do not have time, you will take the water on the same day of the ceremony. You need to come to the office, open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., at the hour you have available to do the detoxification of the digestive system in general. Do not forget, 4 hours before detox don’t eat any food, it is very important to help eliminate toxic chemical waste of the body. After the detox we´ll coordinate to continue your Ayahuasca Ceremony.
